At COOKED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 100% refund or exchange on items returned within 5 working days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original parts and packaging.

• Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be eligible.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
